Native Mobile App
A branded iOS and Android app for Verint Community: native sign-in, activity feed, profiles and push notifications, without building an app from scratch.
Verint partner
4 Roads has worked alongside Verint for over 14 years, on over 150 communities: strategy, design, development and support, and seven products of our own on the Verint marketplace.
14+ years as a Verint partner, and 150+ communities built on its platform
Among them OM Digital (Olympus), The IET, Thermomix and Nordic Semiconductor. Each needed something the platform did not do yet, and we built it.
The partnership
Verint and 4 Roads share customers. We work alongside Verint's Professional Services team, or as an independent partner, whichever the project needs.
Either way, a Verint customer gets more from the Verint engagement suite without the long development time that usually comes with extending it.
We have been at Verint Engage, Verint's customer conference, over several years, and in 2023 we sponsored it.
Across the engagement suite
The same team works across Verint's digital-first engagement channels:
Built by us
Over 14 years we have built a library of functionality on top of Verint Community, among it video calling, a native mobile app and a ticketing app.
No two projects are the same. When a community needs something the platform does not do, we build it, and some of what we have built we sell to any Verint customer on the Verint marketplace.
Verint Community QuickStart
QuickStart is our package for launching a Verint community fast: everything a first community needs, with forums, blogs and activity feeds from day one.
Verint Community is modular, so new features are added as and when the community needs them, and it can be fitted to what your members need.
Add-ons for Verint Community, each sold and listed on the marketplace.

A branded iOS and Android app for Verint Community: native sign-in, activity feed, profiles and push notifications, without building an app from scratch.

A ticketing system inside Verint Community: members raise public or private tickets, and your moderators and support teams work them in one place.

Automated safety for Verint Community: AI moderation of text, images and video, link checking and threat blocking, with your data kept private.

AI for Verint Community: search by meaning, suggested tags, summaries of long threads and alt text for images, all on 4 Roads' own infrastructure.

Passwordless sign-in for Verint Community: members use fingerprint, face, PIN or a security key, and the community never stores a password.

A soft paywall for Verint Community: after a set number of views, a prompt to register, subscribe or upgrade, without blocking the content outright.

Recurly's subscription billing, connected to Verint Community: paid memberships and premium access, with members managing their own subscriptions.
Great company to work with. Reliable output and high quality.

4 Roads moved Nordic Semiconductor's DevZone and its support tickets onto one Verint community in 3.5 months. Public cases rose from 56% to 63%.
A new community, a migration, or something the platform does not do yet.
