What it does
Moderation teams can only grow so far. The Online Safety Toolkit gives Verint Community layers of automated protection that catch harmful content, malicious links and threats from the network before they reach your members or your moderators.
Its text analysis uses a custom-trained AI model that reads posts and private messages for bullying, harassment and toxic language. It understands context, so it catches subtle abuse that keyword filters miss and leaves legitimate discussion alone. Flagged content can be hidden, sent to a moderator, or both: your team reviews the hard cases, and the obvious ones never reach them.
