What it does
A community's content builds knowledge and connects members to each other. The Enrichment Toolkit applies AI to make it easier to find, easier to read and better organised, without adding work for authors or administrators.
Its most powerful feature is semantic search: finding content by meaning rather than by the exact words. A member searching for "how do I reset my account" finds threads titled "I can't log in", because the model understands they are asking the same thing.

Semantic search
Search that understands what members mean, on MongoDB Atlas or Azure Cosmos DB.
Suggested tags
A thread posted without tags gets suggestions its author can accept, pick from or dismiss. Nothing is tagged without them.
Tagging rules
A minimum confidence, tags to prefer and to exclude, and keywords mapped to tags.
Thread summaries
An AI summary on long discussions, so members can decide whether to read in full.
Blog post summaries
An accurate summary as the post's excerpt, not its first paragraph cut short.
Alt text for images
Descriptions written for images as they are uploaded, for screen reader users and for search.
