STC: Tafani, a Verint Community intranet where its people ask, share and put forward ideas
4 Roads built Tafani, STC's intranet on Verint Community: questions and discussions, ideation challenges, surveys and knowledge, on 54 custom widgets.
What we do
4 Roads has built, migrated and grown online communities since 2007: over 150 of them, for brands, charities and professional bodies.
What it is
An online community is a place on your own site where your customers, members or fans talk to each other: forums, blogs, wikis, ideas, media galleries, events and calendars, with an interface in your brand.
People like to talk about what matters to them. A community gives them somewhere to do it with you, and the one condition is that the platform is yours: the members, the conversations and the data with it.
Why have one
Nordic Semiconductor is an example. In the year after its support tickets moved into its developer community, public cases rose from 56% to 63% of all support cases, and fewer reached its engineers.
What we do
Whether you are launching a community, moving one to another platform or improving the one you have:
Verint Community
We have worked with Verint on over 150 communities, among them OM Digital's, The IET's and Thermomix's, and sell seven add-ons for Verint Community on the Verint marketplace, from a native mobile app to a ticketing application.
How we work
150+ communities built, with over 100 million members between them
Since 2007.

4 Roads built Tafani, STC's intranet on Verint Community: questions and discussions, ideation challenges, surveys and knowledge, on 54 custom widgets.

4 Roads built Thermomix's multilingual Verint community in 2018, then its app: 99% of the community's active members registered and downloaded it.

4 Roads upgraded Macmillan Cancer Support's Telligent community, ending its bugs and logouts, and tagged its content with AI so people find answers faster.

4 Roads built Cancer Research UK's moderation on the 4 Roads Ticketing Application: flagged posts answered twice as fast, and 30% fewer left unresolved.
We would like to hear about it.

Speak to Rob (we can't promise he won't be on his bike)
4 Roads builds intelligent self-service: a community, a knowledge base, a virtual assistant and voice, joined up so customers can help themselves.
4 Roads builds websites, web apps and the content systems behind them, from strategy and UX to migration, for AMBA, Natural World Safaris and Acticare.
4 Roads builds mobile apps, augmented reality and what nobody has built before: from Hitachi Vantara's BIMA-winning AR display to wayfinding for LNER.
