We need someone to join our team and help drive the day-to-day running of our client accounts and support the business in growing its potential.
It’s an important role, and it’s pivotal to our ambitious growth plans.
So, what will I be doing, I hear you ask?
Working closely with our Head of Growth, your key responsibilities will include:
● Day-to-day running for our growth campaigns, as well as client campaigns ○ Managing and having ownership of strategic and key accounts ○ Understanding clients’ businesses and their needs and strategic goals ○ Ensuring best practice across all client engagements by developing processes to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction ○ Identify opportunities for growth with current clients and create strategies to win new business ○ Identify and monitor key metrics to track/predict client revenue performance ○ Bring a good understanding of world-class customer experiences in digital products across apps, UX, usability and technology ● Supporting the medium-term growth plan ○ Supporting the Senior Team with the sales pipeline ○ Taking ownership of writing and delivering key pitches ○ Support the Senior Team with setting and meeting financial targets ● Being involved in the longer-term growth strategy ○ Implementing strategies to drive revenue and grow profit ○ Working with the Senior Team to identify, devise and implement a strategy based on business and revenue growth opportunities
