I suspect that you unzipped the files on your desktop and then moved them into the web directory, this would probably mean the the web process (usually a member IIS_WPG security group...

    Because it's a web installer the installer will be runnning under the context of the app pool that has been allocated to the website (you can see this in the IIS web site properties) To install this account must have windows read write access to the entire CS directory.
