Product Pricing and Licensing
At 4 Roads we want to make everything as simple and as clear as possible. This page explains our pricing for all of our products, to allow you to make the best purchases decisions.
Products are licensed on a per community instance basis. For example, if your community is hosted on one web server then you purchase one product license. If you have a web farm comprised of 2 servers, each running an instance of the community, you would purchase two licenses.
We offer volume discounts and a discount for non-profit organizations.
Volume Discounts
The following discounts apply for purchases of any combination of product licenses:
- 2 to 4 licenses - 15% discount
- 5 or more licenses - 20% discount
Non-Profit Discount
Non-Profits are entitled to a 20% discount. This discount is in addition to any volume discount that applies to the purchase. 4 Roads will ask that you verify your non-profit status.
Partners and Resellers
We also offer a competitive reseller and partner discount. Please contact us for additional information.
Software Assurance
Software updates and support are available to customers who also purchase an annual Software Assurance subscription. A subscription fee of 20% of the list price (i.e., $1,200) is required for all product licenses which covers the first year's maintenance. This provides software updates and support for the first year. You may renew the subscription for the second and subsequent years at your discretion.
