Example: Enter mailing address when register new users

This example shows you how to collect a person's mailing address when they sign up for a new account in your community.

The assembly in the example works with both CS 2007 and CS 2008.

The example contains a custom CreateUserForm that supports the input of a person's first name, last name, address line 1, address line 2, city, state, postal code, and country.

The example includes a sample CreateUser.aspx page for the Calypso and Hawaii themes in CS 2008 and the default theme in CS 2007. It does not yet contain a theme page for CS 2008.5. I'll take care of that in a future iteration.

Be sure to read through the readme.txt file provided with this example.

Update on Sept 19th, 2008: The address is now considered to be optional. The user may join even if they do not enter an address.
