The British Dental Association (BDA) teamed with 4 Roads to enrich their annual conference with Telligent Community and Chronos for advanced event management.
Three primary goals underpinned the creation of the event community:
- Promote the event and sell tickets
- Enable attendees to plan their event schedule
- Encourage social sharing and interaction
BDA extended the value of its annual conference by connecting attendees, exhibitors and special guests through social networking before, during and after the event.
Exhibitors received additional sponsorship value through online engagement and attendees booked appointments in advance, providing exhibitors with pre-sales engagement and enhanced the value.
The community was vital for attendees to plan their conference experience, which also served to distinguish this event from market competitors.
